RACHEL KAUFMAN'S B
I O
*REIKI MASTER/REFLEXOLOGY PRACTITIONER
Rachel is a Usui and Mahatma
Reiki practitioner, as well as a certified Reflexologist
trained in the Ingham
method.
She has also studied the use of Essential Oils, which she
often incorporates into a treatment session. Rachel's experience
with clients has shown that using the combination of Reiki,
Reflexology and organic Essential Oils in a single treatment
is a very effective way to help her clients reduce stress-related
physiological and emotional tension, release physical, emotional
and mental toxic build-up, and bring greater harmony to body,
mind and spirit. Clients generally feel more relaxed, uplifted,
and content after only one session. Please take note that
as with any holistic healing treatment, benefits build up
over time; therefore it is recommended that clients try to
commit themselves to at least 3 treatment sessions (time
period between sessions varies by person) to better reach
their healing goals.
Holeco™ Wellness
Medi Spa = A Holistic & Eco-Mined Medical Spa
Rachel has
been dancing all her life, and in 1997 she fell in love with
belly dance due to the fluid, graceful movements and strength
required which were a great fit for her body and soul. Plus
she loved the arabic/belly dance music! Around 2002 after
studying Turkish and Egyptian cabaret style belly dance for
several years, Rachel began performing and teaching professionally.
Currently she is both a student and a teacher of belly dance
because as she finds that doing both at the same time is
a great way to improve and enjoy! Belly dance, officially
known as Raks Sharki, is an ancient dance form, originally
thought to have started in the middle east where women would
dance in private for each other; it is also possible that
some of the movements originated to help women during child
birth.

ANITA
FLOWER'S B
I O
*REIKI
MASTER/HEALING ARTS PRACTITIONER
Anita’s interest in
the healing arts was kindled while living next to the emerald-blue
ocean of Florida. This sanctuary by the sea afforded much time
for introspection, meditation and etching seaside labyrinths
in the sand. There, she was honored to have studied with an
ordained Swami of the Himalayan tradition. She was also introduced
to the gentle healing energy of Reiki and studied the seven
major energy centers in the body known as Chakras by a Transformational
Healer and Reiki Master. Her path next led her to share the
serenity of walking meditation labyrinths for participants
of spiritual workshops. Upon relocating back to the East Coast,
she was joyful to complete her Master Practitioner certifications
in the Usui System of Natural Healing known as Usui Reiki Ryoho
and Sekhem-Seichim Reiki (SSR). Anita is a member of the International
Association of Reiki Professionals; she is also a belly dancer
and wildlife conservationist. She looks forward to partnering
with you to cultivate enhanced states of well-being and balance
through Reiki.

AMANDA PUMPHREY'S B
I O
*RECEPTIONIST
I am a Marymount University student, studying Politics with a Paralegal Certificate. I am studying to go into law school, and to eventually become an International Lawyer. I believe that our Earth is a sacred being, and that it needs to be protected from all the harm caused by human hands. For years I have been recycling, throwing out aerosol cans, and creating composte piles with my grandparents. For me, that was what I understood to be the few options for helping the enviroment in small ways. However, after becoming employed at Derma, I have learned so much more than I ever thought possible that I can do on a day to day basis to lessen my impact on the earth. Now I am more knowlegable and I am aplying all that I learn to my everday life, I have Derma to thank for that. Our Earth is what gives us life, and without it we are nothing, so protect it.

NATTASHA HESSAMFAR'S B
I O
*RECEPTIONIST
I am currently a student at University of Maryland, studying Communications.I have always tried to eat pretty healthy. Growing up my friends would laugh because instead of eating candy like the other kids I would always eat an apple thinking to myself that I want to keep my both free from junk and my skin looking healthy.I guess my mom did a good job in always telling me that I should have more fruits than sweets. As a receptionist at Holeco® Wellness Medi Spa I have learned much more information about ingredients, what is good for us and what we should stay away from. I feel that I pay more attention to ingredients and take a second look before I purchase anything. Feel free to call us and I will answer any questions that you may have.
